The HART Balance Disc is an extremely versatile, compact and portable training tool. It's great for improving balance, strength and rehabilitation exercises. Users can also build core strength using one or two cushions for push ups, squats and lunges. Exercise difficulty can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the amount of air pressure in the cushion.
