The HART Catapult Trainer is great for athletes needing to improve speed, strength and endurance. The back runner is pulled faster, so they are forced to increase stride rate and length. The rate of the overspeed is easily controlled by the stretch placed on the tubing.
- Available in two sizes: 3m Long or 6m Long
- Includes two waist belts and one bungy style flexicord.
- 3m trainer is great for indoors or where space is limited
- Can be used at any angle
