The Hit & Fit Pad is an innovative & multifunctional piece of training equipment. Held in the hand, the Hit & Fit Pad can be used as a contact pad for opposed training. The innovative curved front face provides a realistic ‘body like torso’ for players to bump & roll away from. The Hit & Fit Pad is also designed with shoulder contact targets for effective tackling technique.
This pad can be used for multiple sports such as: Basketball, Netball and Football codes. The product can also be used on the ground as a stepover bag to develop running speed, power and agility.
